We had an awesome event at FES this morning! Lots of special adults came with their kindergarten student to have breakfast, read books, and get some tips on encouraging a beginning reader. It was lots of fun to host these students and adults. 📚❤️ We can’t wait to do it for our 1st grade families in January!

We would like to thank all the wonderful helpers who worked at the Elf Shop at Fairmont Elementary School. We especially want to thank Laura Olsen for organizing the event for our students. Also, thank you to everyone who donated items for the Elf Shop. This wonderful event for our young students definitely could not happen without the support of our community!

The School Board Meeting for Tuesday, December 10th originally scheduled at 5:15 pm will now begin at 5:30 pm.
This adjustment is due to a shortened agenda and the requirement for the Truth in Taxation hearing to start after 6:00 pm.
Fairmont and Blue Earth Area High Schools partnered together and trained to become each site's Project Trust Team this week. The teams are trained by Project Trust writers and founders, the Illusion Theater of Minneapolis. Blue Earth is in their 33rd year of performing, while Fairmont is their longest running troop, having had a Project Trust Team for 40 years!
