About Me:

Hello! My name is Haley Olsen and I am so happy to be a 3rd grade teacher here at Fairmont Elementary.

I hail from the great state of Utah, and graduated from Utah Valley University in 2019 with a BS degree in Elementary Education. I graduated with my Master's in Educational Leadership from Concordia Saint Paul in 2025.

I started teaching elementary in 2020 in Richfield, Minnesota before moving down to Fairmont where I have now been teaching for 4 years.

I am married to my husband Brad, and we have two beautiful children named Evan and Olivia. We absolutely love living in Fairmont and have enjoyed raising our family here. We love spending time outside, fishing, and taking family walks to all of the different parks around town.

I love working with students and seeing their knowledge and personalities grow throughout our time together.

Students are graded based on Standards Based Grading in Skyward in Reading, Writing, Math, Social Studies, and Science
