My name is Kirsten Rosol and I am a special education teacher on the 3rd - 6th grade side of the building. I graduated in the spring of 2015 from Minnesota State University, Mankato and received a degree in special education under the title of "Academic and Behavioral Strategist." I also received my masters degree in Educational Technology in December of 2017. Additionally, I hold an add on graduate license certificate in Special Education under the Specific Learning Disabilities category. I am excited to be back in my hometown of Fairmont, Minnesota. My husband, Ben, and I are both from Fairmont and appreciate being so close to family. I have three children, Lincoln, Jace, and Oliver, and a dog, Stella.

I find so much joy in working with students that have a disability because it is extremely rewarding to see the tremendous growth students make each year. I also enjoy getting to work with students in a small group setting. I am blessed to work with wonderful students and families at FES!
